“ Came here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 10 and surprisingly, it wasn’t hard to find seating. Service was quick and efficient, which we really appreciated. The place was clean, though it did feel quite hot and humid... would’ve been nicer with better ventilation or fans. Rawon is around 40k-ish per portion, and I personally really liked it. The broth was delicious and flavorful, and when paired with salted egg... So good. If you’re in Surabaya and craving rawon, I’d definitely say this spot is worth a visit. ”
“ One of the best Rawon place I’ve tasted in Surabaya! Started by randomly travel to Surabaya, crave for Rawon but want to explore another Rawon place. Google reviews take me here and it doesnt disappoint! Recommended for it’s Rawon broth, perfectly balanced of the beef broth & kluwek. The toppings are sufficient and also first time tried Rawon suwir (pulled beef). Salted egg also on point, the yolk is still moist and not too salty. ”
“ Great taste, especially for the rawon. Its taste very authentic. This dish have many variations such as rawon krengseng, rawon iga, rawon ndeso, rawon suwir, rawon campur, etc. My recommendation is rawon campur, so you can taste many variations such as shredded beef (suwir), krengseng, balinese spiced tofu and meat. I came here at breakfast, it’s not so crowded and easily got a parking spot. And it served fast, under 10 minutes. It took place near the province government offices at Gayungsari. ”
“ For the uninitiated, rawon is a must-try East Javanese specialty, and Pak Pangat's recipe hits almost all the right notes with its deeply flavorful and aromatic essence. Dropping a star because perfection is a journey, but for the taste that takes you on a journey back in time with every spoonful, it's a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. ”
“ Dine in for breakfast and the resto quite full but still have space for dine in. Its getting full during noon. I like taste the soup, and have many variant menu. The lack is limited Parking. ”
